GAUGE THE WEIGHT
When it comes to cashmere,
gauge isn't just a number
What is a Gauge?
The gauge refers to the number of stitches per inch. In general, a higher gauge means a lighter material.
What is an End?
Ends are the number of yarn strands twisted together to make the sweater. Fun fact…the more ends, the heavier the material.
Cashmere versus Wool?
Cashmere comes exclusively from goats found in select locations. Wool is from sheep found around the world!
