Processing vs Delivery
Shipping timelines are measured in business days after an order has been fulfilled, not from the moment it is placed. During high-volume periods, orders may take additional time to process before shipment.
Typical Delivery Windows
Domestic ground delivery typically arrives within 3 to 10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited orders must be placed before the stated cutoff time, 12pm EST. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order may be held until that item is available unless otherwise stated.
Delays
