Shipping Methods & Carriers
• Domestic Ground Shipping: Sent via DHL
• Domestic Expedited Orders: Sent via FedEx (Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes)
• International Orders: Carriers vary by location. All international orders are shipped through Passport, our cross-border shipping partner.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship and deliver only on business days.
• Domestic Ground Orders: Processed within 3-10 business days
• Domestic Expedited Orders: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day.
Example: A 2-Day Shipping order placed Thursday at 1:00 PM EST ships Friday and arrives Tuesday.
• International Orders: Most international orders are delivered within 8–14 business days after fulfillment. Please note that some packages may experience delays due to customs processing.
Pre-Orders
• Orders containing a pre-order item will ship on the estimated date shown on the product page. The entire order will be held until that date, and once shipped, it will follow the same delivery timelines listed above.
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available. Once shipped, it will follow the same delivery timelines outlined above.
• For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
Shipping Rates
• Domestic Ground Shipping: $9.95 or free on orders $175+ (Delivery: 1-7 business days)
• Domestic 2-Day Shipping: $19.99 ($9.99 for orders $175+) – Order by 12:00 PM EST
• Domestic Overnight Shipping: $34.99 ($29.99 for orders $175+) – Order by 12:00 PM EST
International Shipping
• Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. We ship all International orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping carrier.
• Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (Shipped DDP - Delivered Duties Paid). This helps prevent delays or holds at customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and items in your order.
Shipping, Protection & Responsibilities
• Invalid Addresses: We cannot ship Expedited or International orders to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
• Shipped Shield is an optional add on at checkout. It provides protection against damage, loss, or theft. If you experience an issue, report it via our NAADAM Shield Center, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon approval.
• Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, NAADAM. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when NAADAM delivers these items to the carrier.
